La ponencia presentada en el XV congreso RELATES “Los orígenes de la terapia familiar. La viegencia de los pioneros” recoge una experiencia investigativa-interventiva relacionada con el fenómeno de la conducta suicida masculina. Se presentan las principales tendencias, tensiones y vacíos de un estado del arte del periodo de 2013 a 2019, de un total de 46 investigaciones organizadas en seis ejes: factores de riesgo y protección relacionados con el suicidio, investigaciones relacionales sobre el suicidio, intervenciones frente al suicidio, arte y salud mental, masculinidad y suicidio, y teatro del oprimido y género. A la luz de estos hallazgos se expone la conceptualización llevada a cabo sobre la conducta suicida masculina conectándola con los conceptos filosóficos de devenir y re-existencia, así como posibles horizontes interventivos que se abren a partir de la articulación del teatro del oprimido con la terapia narrativa. Esta conceptualización está enmarcada en las ciencias de la complejidad, la epistemología queer y la teoría narrativa. Por último, teniendo en cuenta los anteriores elementos se expone un diseño de investigación cualitativa de estudio de caso con un hombre entre 18 y 25 años, que haya vivido un proceso psicoterapéutico reciente relacionado con conducta suicida, elegido a partir de un muestreo intencionado-intrínseco-típico. Como estrategia de este diseño se propone un dispositivo de seguimiento terapéutico de cinco sesiones en el que se articulan elementos del teatro del oprimido y la terapia narrativa para explorar la relación de la masculinidad con la conducta suicida, su posible conexión con el concepto de devenir de re-existencia y las posibilidades interventivas que esto supone.
Abstract
The paper presented at the XV RELATES congress “The origins of family therapy. The pioneers' old age ”gathers an investigative-interventional experience related to the phenomenon of male suicidal behavior. The main trends, tensions and gaps of a state of the art from the period 2013 to 2019 are presented, out of a total of 46 investigations organized in six axes: risk and protection factors related to suicide, relational research on suicide, interventions against to suicide, art and mental health, masculinity and suicide, and theater of the oppressed and gender. In light of these findings, the conceptualization carried out on male suicidal behavior is exposed, connecting it with the philosophical concepts of becoming and re-existence, as well as possible interventional horizons that open up from the articulation of the theater of the oppressed with therapy. narrative. This conceptualization is framed in the sciences of complexity, queer epistemology and narrative theory. Finally, taking into account the previous elements, a qualitative research design of a case study with a man between 18 and 25 years old, who has lived a recent psychotherapeutic process related to suicidal behavior, chosen from an intentional-intrinsic sampling, is exposed. -typical. As a strategy of this design, a five-session therapeutic monitoring device is proposed in which elements of the theater of the oppressed and narrative therapy are articulated to explore the relationship of masculinity with suicidal behavior, its possible connection with the concept of becoming re-existence and the interventional possibilities that this supposes.
