Resumen
Este proyecto tiene como objetivo analizar los espacios de agenciamiento y fortalecimiento del rol de la mujer guayabetaluna, de manera que se visibilicen la igualdad de condiciones y oportunidades; ligado al Proyecto liderado por la Alcaldía de Guayabetal: “Círculo de Mujeres” que reúne a un grupo de mujeres cabeza de hogar, víctimas de Violencia intrafamiliar o mujeres con iniciativas de emprendimiento que han incursionado en la manufactura de guantes industriales.
Abstract
The objective of this project is to analyze the areas of agency and strengthening of the role of the guayabetaluna woman, so as to make visible the equality of conditions and opportunities; linked to the Project led by the City Hall of Guayabetal: "Circle of Women" that brings together a group of women head of household, victims of intrafamily violence or women with entrepreneurship initiatives that have ventured into the manufacture of industrial gloves.
