El propósito del siguiente documento es identificar la importancia que tiene una campaña de marketing digital para la empresa Asistel elevadores S.A.S, encargada de prestar el servicio con respecto a todo lo relacionado con transporte vertical, para esto se indicarán los beneficios que tienen las herramientas de marketing digital.
Actualmente la compañía no cuenta con ningún tipo de publicidad, lo cual ha generado que la captación de nuevos clientes muy baja, por este motivo se realizará una matriz DOFA, para generar nuevas estrategias que puedan solventar dicha situación.
Como consecuencia se elegirá la mejor opción para la compañía en cuanto a costo-beneficio, alcance y captación de consumidores, para finalmente dar una conclusión de los datos encontrados y posteriormente analizados.

Abstract
The purpose of the following document is to identify the importance of a digital marketing campaign for the company Asistel elevadores SAS, in charge of providing the service with respect to everything related to vertical transport, for this the benefits of marketing tools will be indicated digital.
Currently, the company does not have any type of advertising, which has generated that the acquisition of new customers very low, for this reason a DOFA matrix will be carried out, to generate new strategies that can solve this situation.
As a consequence, the best option will be chosen for the company in terms of cost-benefit, scope and consumer acquisition, to finally give a conclusion of the data found and subsequently analyzed.
