En esta investigación se pretende comprender los avances y desafíos que tendrá la Compra Pública Sostenible (CPS) como buena práctica en Colombia. Por ello, se empezará a establecer la definición Compra Pública Sostenible, características, elementos y fundamentos de la misma, seguidamente se desarrollará el tema de evolución de la normatividad, para posteriormente analizar la contratación pública sostenible en España como buena práctica de referencia en Colombia.
Por tanto, es necesario identificar en qué ciudades de Colombia han implementado las buenas prácticas en las Compras Pública Sostenible y plantear la importancia de los beneficios que estas traen.
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to understand the progress and challenges of Sustainable Public Procurement (SPP) as a good practice in Colombia. Therefore, it will begin to establish the definition of Sustainable Public Procurement, characteristics, elements and fundamentals of the same, then it will develop the theme of evolution of the regulations, and then analyze the sustainable public procurement in Spain as a good practice of reference in Colombia.
Therefore, it is necessary to identify in which Colombian cities have implemented good practices in Sustainable Public Procurement and to raise the importance of the benefits they bring.
