Apoyo en la confirmación de los métodos analíticos “Alcalinidad total y Fenoles totales” en aguas de matriz ambiental

Abstract

In the present final report the results are shown in the laboratory of analysis of the activities of the company ECOSAM S.A.S within the development of the activities related to the taking and analysis of samples of natural, residual and underground waters. As a need, ECOSAM S.A.S carried out the confirmation of all the accredited parameters, within these data: total alkalinity and total phenols, objectives of this work. The confirmation of these parameters was carried out under the reference methods SM 2320 B Ed. 23 and SM 5530 B, D Ed. 23 for total alkalinity and total phenols, respectively. In each case, the precision and accuracy of the method was estimated, and the uncertainty in the measurements in order to guarantee the results with the appropriate associated traceability.
