No se puede afirmar la existencia de trato igualitario al confinar conducidos, sindicados y condenados en instalación policiales como solución a la crisis carcelaria, la razón es que son poblaciones jurídicamente y con derechos diferentes siendo este un contexto en el que posibilita el riesgo de vulnerar la dignidad de estas personas; por esta razón focalizo la investigación a la Estación de Policía del barrio Centro del municipio de Villavicencio, con el fin de demostrar que esas instalaciones pueden no proporcionar condiciones de vida adecuadas al concentrar estas tres poblaciones.
Abstract
It is not possible to affirm the existence of equal treatment when confining convicted, accused and convicted in police facilities as a solution to the prison crisis, the reason is that they are populations legally and with different rights, being this a context in which the risk of violating the dignity of these people is possible; for this reason I focus the investigation to the Police Station of the Center neighborhood of the municipality of Villavicencio, in order to demonstrate that these facilities may not provide adequate living conditions when concentrating these three populations.
