dc.description	El propósito del presente estudio es analizar la relación entre el trastorno obsesivo compulsivo tipo contaminador con las funciones ejecutivas de un sujeto perteneciente a la unidad de salud mental del Hospital Departamental de la ciudad de Villavicencio. El diseño de la investigación obedece a una metodología cuantitativa, de corte transversal descriptivo-correlacional, la cual es de tipo teórico empírico a partir de un estudio de caso. Como instrumentos de recolección de datos se estudió la historia clínica del sujeto en donde se confirma el diagnóstico y su evolución clínica, se realizó la aplicación de la Batería Neuropsicológica de Funciones Ejecutivas y Lóbulos Frontales (BANFE-2), y su interpretación obedeció al análisis de las áreas cerebrales involucradas con el desarrollo de las funciones ejecutivas tales como la organización, el control inhibitorio, la productividad, la flexibilidad mental, la generación de hipótesis, la planeación, la actitud abstracta, la memoria de trabajo y demás que se articulan dentro de las áreas de los lóbulos frontales, por lo que los resultados demuestran que se encontró una alteración severa de las áreas que corresponden al funcionamiento ejecutivo, es decir, el conjunto complejo de habilidades cognitivas y conductuales que se ejecutan en la corteza prefrontal en las áreas orbitofrontal, coteza prefrontal medial, corteza prefrontal dorsolateral y corteza prefrontal anterior.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The purpose of the present study is to analyze the relationship between obsessive-compulsive disorder: contaminator type and its affection in the executive functions of a person who presents it from the city of Villavicencio. The research design is based taking into account a quantitative methodology, with a descriptive-correlational cross-section, which is an empirical theoretical type based on a case study. As data collection instruments, the clinical history of the subject, in which the diagnosis was confirmed and its clinical evolution was analyzed, the Neuropsychological Battery for Executive Functions and Frontal Lobes (BANFE-2) was performed and its interpretation obeyed the analysis of the brain areas involved with the development of executive functions such as organization, inhibitory control, productivity, mental flexibility, hypothesis generation, planning, abstract attitude, working memory among others articulated within of the frontal lobe areas. As a result, a severe alteration of the areas corresponding to the executive functioning was found, that is to mean, the complex set of cognitive and behavioral skills, which are executed in the orbitofrontal cortex, prefrontal medial cochlea, dorsolateral prefrontal cortex and anterior prefrontal cortex.	spa
