Es ampliamente conocido que la población mundial creciente demanda cada vez más alimentos y la frontera agrícola tiene sus límites, por ende, es necesario buscar la optimización de procesos para garantizar mayor rendimiento por unidad de área (Associacao Brasileira das Industrias Exportadores de Carne [ABIEC], 2020) (Barbero et al, Production potential of beef cattle in tropical pastures: a review, 2021). En la producción de ganado, el total de kilogramos producidos por año influye directamente en la rentabilidad del sistema productivo. Otro indicador no menos relevante está asociado a la cantidad de crías nacidas por año o estación determinada, estando ambos relacionados con el potencial productivo. La precocidad en un rebaño es esencial para mantener una pecuaria más rentable. (Andrade et al, 2020). Para implementar dicha mejora en rendimientos, los programas de mejoramiento se han enfocado en la selección a través de características deseables (fenotípicas y genotípicas). (Barbero et al, 2021). Es necesario comprender que no se debe tratar como un factor independiente, este, debe estar relacionado junto con la nutrición, sanidad y manejo para poder alcanzar la finalidad planeada.
El objetivo del trabajo fue establecer un plan de negocio replicable para inversionistas que aportaran el recurso monetario y se dedicarán a establecer relaciones con productores ganaderos regionales que cuenten con infraestructura y requieran ser sustentables. La alianza se dedicará a producir crías de calidad bajo manejos estandarizados, haciendo uso de genética de resultados y comprometidos con el sector (ambiente y social) en búsqueda de resultados para los dueños de tierras (ganaderos regionales) e inversionistas en el sector del oriente colombiano. Se identificó gracias al estudio de la información recopilada por federaciones e institutos, que existe una brecha amplia de mejorar parámetros productivos en las ganaderías de cría. Es por lo que surge el modelo de negocio que busca resultados encaminados a generar un impacto económico en la región.
Es necesario comprender que el término de infraestructura se refiere a áreas sembradas en pastos mejorados y cercas que delimitan potreros donde pastaran los animales. El ganadero regional será el productor (administrador) y poseedor de la finca o tierra donde se realizará el proyecto productivo. El inversionista será la persona natural/jurídica encargada de proporcionar el dinero para la compra inicial de los vientres que van a funcionar como productores de terneros, los cuales serán destinados a venta y financiarán el ejercicio económico.

Abstract
It is widely known that the growing world population demands more and more food, and the agricultural frontier has its limits, therefore, it is necessary to seek optimization of processes to guarantee greater yield per unit area. (ABIEC, 2020) (Barbero et al, 2021) In cattle production, the total kilograms produced per year directly influences the profitability of the production system. Another no less relevant indicator is associated with the number of calves born per year or given season, both of which are related to productive potential. Precocity in a herd is essential to maintain a more profitable livestock farm. (Andrade et al, 2020) To implement this improvement in yields, breeding programs have focused on selection through desirable characteristics (phenotypic and genotypic). (Barbero et al, 2021) It is necessary to understand that it should not be treated as an independent factor, it must be related to nutrition, health and management to achieve the planned purpose.
The objective of the work was to establish a replicable business plan for investors who provided the monetary resource and were dedicated to establishing relationships with regional livestock producers who have infrastructure and need to be sustainable. The alliance will be dedicated to producing quality calves under standardized management, using results-based genetics and committed to the sector (environmental and social) in search of results for landowners (regional producers) and investors in the eastern Colombian sector. It was identified, thanks to the study of the information collected by federations and institutes, that there is a big opportunity to improve productive parameters in breeding farms. This is why the business model rises, searching for results and generating an economic impact in the region.
It´s necessary to understand that the term infrastructure refers to areas planted in improved pastures and fences that delimit pastures where animals will graze. The regional rancher will be the producer (Administrator) and owner of the farm or land where the productive project will be carried out. The investor will be the natural/legal person in charge of providing the money for the initial purchase of the cows that will function as producers of calves, which will be destined for sale and will finance the project.
