El objetivo principal del presente trabajo fue recuperar la experiencia en evaluación de los actores de la primera cohorte de la Maestría en Gestión y Evaluación Educativa, teniendo en cuenta los referentes evaluativos del programa y el enfoque problematizador de la Universidad Santo Tomás, en la observación de una realidad educativa donde se propone pensar la educación, y específicamente la evaluación, como el campo de conocimiento educativo. El trabajo se desarrolló desde la entrada metodológica de sistematización de experiencias a partir del inicio de la maestría con el primer semestre en 2019-I, hasta el desarrollo del tercer semestre cursado por la I cohorte, se enmarca bajo los parámetros de la investigación cualitativa, la cual se
relaciona con el análisis que se aplica a la información de tipo verbal, que se obtiene en el ejercicio investigativo. La sistematización de experiencias aquí desarrollada presenta que, los actores evidencian situaciones particulares, tanto en lo recogido en la encuesta inicial como en los relatos de experiencia, desde su reflexión de la práctica (docentes) y vivencia (maestrantes) como la necesidad de trabajar en la coherencia interna y metodológica de cada uno de los espacios académicos, con relación al modelo problémico y el perfil que presenta la maestría. Finalmente, las evidencias encontradas en esta investigación contribuirán a mantener el sello de calidad del programa y a su vez la acreditación institucional multicampus.
Abstract
The main objective of this work was to recover the experience in evaluation of the actors of the first cohort of the Master in Educational Management and Evaluation, taking into account the evaluative references of the program and the problematizing approach of the Santo Tomás University, in the observation of an educational reality where it is proposed to think about education, and specifically evaluation, as the field of educational knowledge. The work was developed from the methodological entry of systematization of experiences from the beginning of the master with the first semester in 2019-I, until the development of the third semester attended by the I cohort, it is framed under the parameters of qualitative research, which is related to the analysis that is applied to verbal information, which is obtained in the investigative exercise. The systematization of experiences developed here shows that the actors show particular situations, both in what was collected in the initial survey and in the experience reports, from their reflection of the practice (teachers) and experience (students) as the need to work in the internal and methodological coherence of each one of the academic spaces, in relation to the problem model and the profile presented by the master. Finally, the evidence found in this research contributes to maintaining the quality seal of the program and once the multi-campus institutional accreditation.
