Abstract

It is the values ​​acquired through the learning of life and the experience as a study of architecture, which has awakened project sensitivity, at the moment of intervening any type of spatial concept in favor of human development, since it requires an integration of its environmental conditions and social values ​​corresponding to its cultural values, contrary to our urban example of the city of Tunja, which has been largely marginalized by its acculturation process, imposed by the Spanish colony and all its systems: social, political, cultural, religious , etc. In the case of its urban layout, this colonial city did not take into account the morphological and geological conditions, which created a fragmentation, given from its excavation conditions that the city presents and, due to the conditions of the mobile checkerboard, it does not act effectively to this type of urban need, originating the urban conflict, that is why it is necessary to promote visions that contribute to urban systems to correspond with their specific needs to give better results in the projection and development of urban space.
