Estudio y soporte de créditos hipotecarios en la subgerencia de financiamiento del Banco Davivienda de Bucaramanga

Abstract

The main objective of the business practice "Study and Support of Mortgage Credits in the Davivienda De Bucaramanga Bank's Financing Department" was to support the process of evaluation, improvement and liquidation of mortgage loans of the Bank. The activities were carried out in the three previous phases, conglomerating the traceability of the area, achieving satisfactorily the fulfillment of the objectives set out at the beginning of the practice. The results that were obtained allowed to create experience and knowledge in the development of the financial field and to generate a solid base in the professional development of the student.
