Abstract

This thesis aims to highlight the activities carried out during the internship period with the Alcaldia mayor deTunja. These activities covered a variety of responsibilities, such as responding to citizen complaints, reviewing works, budgets, and quantity reports related to community centers, and georeferencing tertiary roads for the infrastructure department. All of this was done with the firm purpose of making a significant contribution to the organization and improving and enhancing the services offered to the community. Additionally, it allowed the practical application of the theoretical knowledge acquired during academic training in a real-world environment. This provided the opportunity to develop essential skills, gain a better understanding of the internal workings of an organization, and acquire experience that not only enriches the professional profile but also improves preparedness for the challenges of the job market with greater confidence and competence.
