El concepto de accesibilidad representado por la conectividad entre
diferentes puntos geográficos, es fundamental al momento de evaluar los diferentes uso del
suelo y planificación del territorio. Dentro de los componentes de la accesibilidad
encontramos el componente de transporte, representado por la red vial (arcos de la red), la
cual se encuentra ligada con el desarrollo económico de determinada región. Se entiende
por accesibilidad a la facilidad que tienen las personas y mercancías para alcanzar
determinado destino mediante la utilización de la infraestructura vial existente, así mismo
como la facilidad de entrada de insumos y salida de productos de determinada región. En el
contexto nacional, se tiene una falencia de carácter sustancial al momento de evaluar el
concepto de accesibilidad, teniendo en cuenta que no existe una sinergia entre conceptos
fundamentales de movilidad tales como: conectividad, desarrollo regional, inclusión,
niveles de desempeño y sostenibilidad ambiental, obteniendo así una desconexión entre los
conceptos pilares del desarrollo región, a través de la red de transporte. El presente estudio
se enmarca en el departamento del Huila, que por su contexto geográfico, cultural y social,
posee un importante flujo de mercancías y personas sobre los distintos municipios que
componen el departamento. Se evaluaron 3 indicadores de accesibilidad Para dar un diagnostico de la situación actual de la infraestructura de transporte.
Abstract
The concept of accessibility represented by the connectivity between
different geographical points, is essential when evaluating the different land use and
planning of the territory. Within the accessibility components we find the transportation
component, represented by the road network (arches of the network), which is linked to the
economic development of a certain region. Accessibility is understood as the ease that
people and goods have to reach a certain destination through the use of the existing road
infrastructure, as well as the ease of entry of inputs and exit of products from a certain
region. In the national context, there is a substantial flaw when evaluating the concept of
accessibility, taking into account that there is no synergy between fundamental concepts of
mobility such as: connectivity, regional development, inclusion, performance levels and environmental sustainability. , thus obtaining a disconnection between the pillar concepts of
regional development, through the transport network. This study is framed in the
department of Huila, which due to its geographical, cultural and social context, has an
important flow of goods and people over the different municipalities that make up the
department. Three accessibility indicators were evaluated to diagnose the current situation of the transport infrastructure.
