Abstract

Within this research work, the execution of the diagnostic phase of the network infrastructure for the Municipality of Bucaramanga is presented, which is used as support for the implementation management of the security and privacy management system (ISMS) with the purpose of carrying out the security component development of the online government strategy. In the execution of this work, various activities will be carried out to verify the current level of maturity of the security mechanisms, in the first instance there will be activities to gather information on IT assets, controls and configurations, as well as activities for finding technical vulnerabilities. in the systems and in the management by the group in charge, and finally, to identify the existing breach regarding the security of the information to establish the effective controls related to the information assets of the Municipality of Bucaramanga.
