Vive ciudad

Abstract

In Nova TV, a channel that is in a process of growth at the Bogotá level, manifests with a growing desire to project a program different from the one broadcast through private channels, a programming grid that meets particular needs, listen to your audience. Because of this, Vive Ciudad is a television project with a very specific objective, which consists of strengthening the identity towards Bogotá and all the particularities that make them up (streets, monuments, environments, cultures urban, activities, etc), it is about taking advantage of the audiovisual platform such as that of Nova TV to contribute to the city to a better recognition of Bogotá, one of the most important capitals of Latin America that contains a whole range of particularities that intersect history, city and civil population, among other factors. It is there where the richness and potential of the audiovisual platform is much greater, since without a doubt, television is today (without forgetting the growing acceptance of the new technologies) the medium with the largest audience and the one that, thanks to the harmony between sound and image has recently managed to become a great tool for different purposes of a social nature without leaving aside its high content of entertainment that given the economic conditions (mainly the high production costs of one channel) make it inevitable that these contents will last on television grids.
