Resumen
La necesidad de adquisición de casa propia abre la posibilidad de construcción en altura, ya que, a falta de terrenos para la construcción horizontal, abre el camino a este tipo de procesos constructivos, la adecuación de terrenos para viviendas en tipo vertical ayuda a muchas personas a poder obtener algún tipo de inmueble.
En el desarrollo de este documento se evidencian las diferentes problemáticas que surgen en la vida real de un ingeniero civil fuera de las aulas de clase, así como también el correcto desarrollo de estas.
En una pasantía empresarial se adquieren retos y se desarrollan actividades que se van evidenciando a lo largo del documento, la constructora Sky donde se desarrolló el proceso de aprendizaje, basada en la necesidad mencionada anteriormente, opta por desarrollar un proyecto denominado Tribeca, el cual es un edificio de 5 pisos con semisótano y terraza, proceso en el cual el pasante acompaño desde el momento cero y adquirió la meta de terminar la estructura, que a pesar de diferentes dificultades que fueron superadas con éxito, hasta el momento de entregar el documento en mención la estructura se encontraba en su planta número 4.
Una vez terminadas las pasantías el ingeniero seguirá laborando directamente con la constructora, con el fin de terminar el reto ya adquirido y entregar la estructura terminada en su totalidad y con el compromiso de actuar de la mejor manera y con principios aprendidos en la formación universitaria.
En el documento se muestra detalladamente todo el proceso constructivo que se vivió en el proceso de pasantías y los diferentes conocimientos adquiridos.
Abstract
The need to acquire one's own home opens the possibility of high-rise construction, since, in the absence of land for horizontal construction, it opens the way to this type of construction processes. The adaptation of land for vertical housing helps many people. to be able to obtain some type of property.
In the development of this document, the different problems that arise in the real life of a civil engineer outside the classroom are evident, as well as their correct development.
In a business internship, challenges are acquired and activities are developed that are evident throughout the document. The Sky construction company where the learning process was developed, based on the need mentioned above, chooses to develop a project called Tribeca, which is a 5-story building with a semi-basement and terrace, a process in which the intern accompanied from moment zero and acquired the goal of finishing the structure, which despite different difficulties that were successfully overcome, until the moment of delivering the document in mention the structure was located on its number 4 floor.
Once the internship is finished, the engineer will continue working directly with the construction company, in order to complete the challenge already acquired and deliver the finished structure in its entirety and with the commitment to act in the best way and with principles learned in university training.
The document shows in detail the entire construction process that was experienced in the internship process and the different knowledge acquired.
