La movilidad internacional realizada a Roma, Atenas, Luxor, El Cairo y Madrid, fue una experiencia única, para comprender de manera comparada el origen y la evolución del derecho. Permitiendo observar de primera mano como cada civilización construyó su propio concepto de justicia, poder y organización social. En Roma, fue posible identificar los fundamentos del Derecho Romano, su estructura e influencia directa en muchos sistemas jurídicos actuales, así como la importancia que tenía la ley para organizar la sociedad. En Atenas, se evidencio el surgimiento de la democracia y la participación ciudadana, apoyada en el pensamiento filosófico de autores que aún influyen en nuestra forma de pensar el derecho. En Luxor y El Cairo, permitió reconocer el papel central de la religión en el Antiguo Egipto, donde la administración de justicia estaba vinculada a la divinidad del faraón, elementos que aún encuentran presentes en prácticas influenciadas por el derecho islámico. Finalmente, Madrid, ofreció una visión clara del funcionamiento del Estado moderno y el derecho constitucional, lo que permitió conectar todo lo aprendido con el modelo jurídico vigente en Europa. Abstract
The international mobility program to Rome, Athens, Luxor, Cairo, and Madrid was a unique experience that allowed us to understand the origins and evolution of law in a comparative manner. It enabled us to observe firsthand how each civilization built its own concept of justice, power, and social organization. In Rome, it was possible to identify the foundations of Roman law, its structure, and its direct influence on many current legal systems, as well as the importance of law in organizing society. In Athens, we saw the emergence of democracy and citizen participation, supported by the philosophical thinking of authors who still influence our way of thinking about law. In Luxor and Cairo, it was possible to recognize the central role of religion in Ancient Egypt, where the administration of justice was linked to the divinity of the pharaoh, elements that are still present in practices influenced by Islamic law. Finally, Madrid offered a clear vision of the functioning of the modern state and constitutional law, which allowed us to connect everything we had learned with the current legal model in Europe.
