dc.descriptionEl siglo XX fue el inicio del reconocimiento de la migración, el éxodo y la huida de personas como resultado de las guerras y los conflictos emergidos particularmente en Europa. La abundancia de los movimien- tos involuntarios prosiguieron hasta finales de los años noventa, ex- tendiéndose no solo en Europa tras la disolución de la ex Yugoslavia, sino también por la proliferación de conflictos regionales en América Latina, en países como Colombia que se ha distinguido por tener el mayor número de desplazados internos en el mundo, los diferentes conflictos sectarios y territoriales en el Valle del Rift, África que con- gregaron a comunidades enteras a vivir en campos de refugiados por décadas y las diferentes etapas de éxodos de palestinos que repobla- ron países como Líbano y Jordania.spa
