| dc.description | En este documento se presenta el diseño, implementación y evaluación de un sistema de Control de Campo Orientado (FOC) aplicado al control de posición del rotor de una máquina de inducción Siemens 1LA7 070-4YC60. El objetivo principal fue desarrollar una estrategia de control que permita desacoplar el flujo y el torque, garantizando una respuesta dinámica precisa y estable ante variaciones en la carga y la referencia. El proyecto se estructuró en fases que incluyeron el modelado de la máquina, el diseño de los compensadores, simulaciones en entorno MATLAB/Simulink y la implementación experimental utilizando hardware suministrado por el semillero de investigación MEM. Los resultados experimentales evidencian un desempeño robusto del sistema FOC: el lazo de corriente mostró tiempos de respuesta inferiores a 25 ms sin sobrepaso; el lazo de velocidad, aunque inicialmente afectado por ruido, fue estabilizado mediante filtrado digital; y el lazo de posición alcanzó estabilidad en régimen permanente, aunque con sobrepasos durante los transitorios debido a la ausencia de acción integral. Además, se alcanzó una eficiencia de conversión energética superior al 78 % a plena carga. Este trabajo contribuye a la formación académica mediante la integración de teoría, simulación y práctica, y sienta las bases para futuros desarrollos en control avanzado de máquinas eléctricas en contextos industriales y educativos. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This document presents the design, implementation, and evaluation of a Field-Oriented Control (FOC) system applied to the rotor position control of a Siemens 1LA7 070-4YC60 induction machine. The main objective was to develop a control strategy that decouples flux and torque, ensuring a precise and stable dynamic response to variations in load and reference. The project was structured in phases that included machine modeling, compensator design, simulations in a MATLAB/Simulink environment, and experimental implementation using hardware provided by the MEM research group. The experimental results demonstrate robust performance of the FOC system: the current loop showed response times of less than 25 ms without overshoot; the speed loop, although initially affected by noise, was stabilized through digital filtering; and the position loop achieved steady-state stability, although overshoot occurred during transients due to the lack of integral action. Furthermore, an energy conversion efficiency exceeding 78% was achieved at full load. This work contributes to academic training by integrating theory, simulation, and practice, and lays the groundwork for future developments in advanced control of electrical machines in industrial and educational contexts. | |
