El Comité de Integración Social del Catatumbo Cisca, proceso social donde confluye la diversidad étnica y cultural de esta región binacional ubicada al nororiente colombiano, zona de disputa y alta conflictualidad social, política, económica y armada; ha venido construyendo y poniendo en marcha su plan de vida, hoja de ruta acordada colectivamente donde como proceso estipulan su comprensión de la realidad, construyen los significados acerca de su territorio y planifican la mejor manera de protegerlo. Bajo los principios de Integración, Vida y Territorio el plan de vida contiene los mandatos del Cisca hacia la construcción del Buen Vivir -su Cielo- que entienden como una forma de coexistencia armónica con la naturaleza para la que, en clara apuesta decolonial, retoman filosofías de vida ancestrales e impulsan un cambio al modelo actual de desarrollo.
El presente documento de investigación, caracteriza dicha experiencia del campesinado catatumbero que retroalimenta y refleja las propuestas de Movimientos Sociales y Políticos nacionales e internacionales, la cual ratifica el Buen Vivir como construcción autónoma y alternativa de los pueblos y condicionante para el restablecimiento de la vida en condiciones de dignidad en territorios no solamente indígenas
Abstract
The Catatumbo Cisca Social Integration Committee, a social process where the ethnic and cultural diversity of this binational region located in northeastern Colombia, a zone of dispute and high social, political, economic and armed conflict; It has been building and implementing its life plan, a collectively agreed roadmap where as a process they stipulate their understanding of reality, construct meanings about their territory and plan the best way to protect it. Under the principles of Integration, Life and Territory, the life plan contains the mandates of Cisca towards the construction of Good Living - its Heaven - which they understand as a form of harmonious coexistence with nature for which, in a clear decolonial commitment, they take up philosophies ancestral life and promote a change to the current development model.
This research document characterizes this experience of the Catatumber peasantry that feeds back and reflects the proposals of national and international Social and Political Movements, which ratifies Good Living as an autonomous and alternative construction of peoples and a condition for the restoration of life in conditions of dignity in not only indigenous territories
