El presente documento contiene actividades desarrolladas cumpliendo la función de auxiliar de residencia como opción de grado en la construcción de viviendas de interés prioritario para ahorradores (VIPA), proyecto denominado “CONJUNTO RESIDENCIAL AMANECER”, teniendo una duración de 3 meses iniciando del 29 de Septiembre y finalizando el 31 de Diciembre de 2014.
La unión temporal de trabajadores técnicos del “CONJUNTO RESIDENCIAL AMANECER”, se encuentra conformado por el siguiente personal: diseñadores, directora del fondo del vivienda obrera de Duitama, unión temporal, directora de obra, ingeniero residente, auxiliar de residencia, supervisor técnico de las viviendas de interés prioritario (FINDETER), interventoría, proveedores, contratistas, maestros oficiales y ayudantes de obra.
El “CONJUNTO RESIDENCIAL AMANECER” se encuentra ubicado en el barrio Rincón del Cargua la ciudad de Duitama, está conformado por tres torres distribuidas de la siguiente manera: Torre 1 conformado por 6 pisos y 22 apartamentos, Torre 2 conformado por 5 pisos y 20 apartamentos y Torre 3 conformado por 5 pisos y 20 apartamentos para un total de 62 viviendas.
Abstract
This book contains activities which have been developed while I was achieving the function of internship as an option to obtain my degree in the construction of priority interest housing, this project is named “CONJUNTO RESIDENCIAL AMANECER”, with a length of three months that started on September 29 and ended in December 31 of 2014.
Weekly photographic reports were recorded where all the details were given. Photographic reports showed the advances of the job in the tower 2 and the tower 3. Tower 1 was pending. As part of the technical process data were taken in a day book of the jobs where the daily tasks, issues, news, actions, controls, modifications presented during the construction, were described. Additionally, proceedings of neighborhood were done as part of the technical support and the verification presents conditions in the contiguous constructions to this condominium.
At the moment of starting the work, the quantities of steel contained in: the retaining wall for the limits of the towers in this project, stairs, foundation plates and mezzanine, irons prolongations, starter rods, structural reinforcement of masonry for the towers 2 and 3 were checked. At the same time the total amount of material needed of brick, concrete and cement was calculated through development of calculation reports corresponding to each item.
