dc.description	Durante el desarrollo de la práctica empresarial se identificaron carencias en la cuenta USA TRUCK de la empresa PERFILES Y SOLUCIONES LOGÍSTICAS SAS; donde no se tenía un programa de entrenamiento interno. Por tanto, el objetivo de este trabajo es lograr la optimización en la logística a través de Capacitación Especializada Interna, con el fin de mejorar la metodología actual. Para lo anterior, se buscó implementar un programa de entrenamiento para capacitar el personal en técnicas y herramientas de la gestión logística y medir así mismo el impacto del programa.	spa
