Resumen

Por medio de este trabajo se quiere brindar y dar a conocer opciones que permitan a los usuarios de Capital Tour´s S.A.S, tener un mejor aprovechamiento de su tiempo libre, teniendo como primera opción el turismo deportivo y religioso, enfocado a la prevención y promoción de enfermedades crónicas no transmisibles, dando a conocer hábitos saludables que permitan realizar un mejor aprovechamiento del tiempo libre, ya que es una realidad que el sedentarismo se ha convertido en un problema de dimensiones globales, que afecta actualmente a distintos tipos de poblaciones. Se realizará creando tures que permitan además de conocer los diferentes sitios turísticos del país, crear conciencia en la importancia que tiene la actividad física para combatir las enfermedades crónicas no transmisibles

Abstract

Through this work, the aim is to provide and publicize options that allow users of Capital Tour´s SAS to have a better use of their free time, taking sports and religious tourism as their first option, focused on prevention and promotion. of chronic non-communicable diseases, revealing healthy habits that make it possible to make better use of free time, since it is a reality that sedentary lifestyle has become a problem of global dimensions, which currently affects different types of populations. It will be done by creating tours that, in addition to getting to know the different tourist sites in the country, create awareness of the importance of physical activity to combat chronic non-communicable diseases.
