Abstract

In this improvement plan we want to report on the professional practice developed in the commercial area of ​​the company English Life Group SAS, which is an educational institution that has been in the market nationwide for more than 30 years and with the aim of opening new venues. In addition, an improvement plan will be carried out which seeks a greater structure in the documentation that the commercial area handles as it is: the scheduling of appointments and the brochure that contains the training process for the students to enroll; this to achieve a satisfactory impact on the information that you want to make known to the user and be able to bring an order within the area of ​​this company. In this improvement plan, an instruction manual was created (see annex 5) which will take a respective order from the call to the user, the scheduling of appointments using the digital calendar (see annex 4), the information of the program that must be given to the user through the digital triptych (see annex 2), until the registration form is completed, this in order that those in charge of the commercial area can make a better negotiation at the time of registration closing and that the interested parties can take the program offered by the English Life company. Additionally, in this degree project the role and activities carried out by the intern will be specified in order not only to guarantee the continuity of the improvement plan within this area, but also to make the reader (teachers, university or to the entity in charge of this project), which is done in the commercial area of ​​the company
