Arquitectura ecológica destinada para el turismo y la recreación es el ámbito primordial que va a desarrollarse en este proyecto, adicionado al diseño de un hotel rural en el balneario de pescaderito en el municipio de Curití / Santander, se aborda el diseño mediante el marco teórico “Manual ilustrado de arquitectura ecológica” Francis D.K. Ching - Ian M. Shapiro y “Hotels” Northeastern University School of Architecture, para entender así el funcionamiento del hotel combinado con su énfasis en la conservación de los recursos naturales esto sumado a los conocimientos obtenidos a lo largo del programa académico acerca de sistemas constructivos y la aplicación de materiales en la construcción. La variedad de sistemas constructivos y materiales con bajo consumo energético presentes en la región facilitan la implementación de este tipo de hoteles en el sitio.
Abstract
Ecological architecture designed for tourism and recreation in the main area that will be developed in this project, added to the design of a country hotel in the small fishing village in the town of Curiti / Santander, the design is addressed through the theoretical framework "Manual ilustrado de arquitectura ecológica "francis D.K. Ching - Ian M. Shapiro and "Hotels" Northeastern University School of Architecture, to understand how the hotel works combined with its efforts in the conservation and reuse of natural resources. Construction systems and the application of materials in construction. The variety of construction systems and materials with low energy consumption in the region facilitate the implementation of this type of hotel on the site.
