dc.description.abstractOn It's Monday and CRAI USTA knows it, we talk with Dr. Oscar Yesid Céspedes about artificial intelligence in court rulings. We explore how algorithms are influencing decision making in courts and debate whether they can really be impartial. We also analyze the ethical and legal challenges of their use in justice. During the interview, we discuss whether AI can replace human judgment and what regulations should be in place. We close the program with music, reflections and key events from the university - a space full of analysis and key questions for the future of law!
