Este artículo tiene por objeto analizar la importancia del fenómeno mundial del Bullying o acoso escolar, desarrollando especialmente la problemática social y jurídica que se debate en nuestro país, sobre si tipificar el bullying como delito respondería a la necesidad de proteger a los ciudadanos de ataques a sus bienes jurídicos, como la integridad moral o la autonomía individual.
Abstract
This article has for subject analyze the importance of the world phenomenon Bullying, developing specially the social and juridical problematic that is debated in our country, about if to typify the Bullying as criminal would answer to the need to protect the citizens of assaults to his legally protected, as the right moral integrity or the individual autonomy.
