La finalidad del siguiente documento es dar un breve resumen las actividades realizadas durante las prácticas profesionales realizadas por la estudiante Yennifer Andrea Castro Oliva como opción de grado durante seis meses de contratación en el Banco Davivienda S.A. Sucursal Meta y Casanare como Aprendiz Universitaria. Se mencionarán y detallarán las actividades y acompañamientos que fueron brindados por la estudiante principalmente al área de Jefatura de Zona, pero también a la Gerencia de la sucursal, en donde fue asignada para brindar apoyo directo y constante a la Jefa de zona y en ocasiones al Gerente; cargo para el cual fue necesario el conocimiento de manejo y aprovechamiento de herramientas digitales y tecnológicas para realizar las funciones establecidas por la entidad.

Abstract

The purpose of the following document is to give a brief summary of the activities carried out during the professional practices performed by the student Yennifer Andrea Castro Oliva as a degree option during six months of hiring at Davivienda Bank S.A. Meta and Casanare Branch as a University Apprentice. The details of the activities and accompaniments provided by the student will mentioned, mainly to the area of Zone Headquarters, but also to the Branch Management, where she was assigned to provide direct and constant support to the Zone Head and sometimes to the Manager. Position for which knowledge of management and use of digital and technological tools was necessary to perform the functions established by the entity.
