Resumen
El presente informe, permite evidenciar actividades de aprendizaje realizadas por la estudiante Kelly Dayanna Ruiz Gelvez en los seis meses de pasantía en el Grupo Interno de Trabajo de Investigaciones Aduaneras y de Control Cambiario. En donde se lleva a cabo la definición de la situación jurídica de las mercancías aprehendidas, por ello en este documento se encuentran algunos actos administrativos proferidos por la DIAN tales como: Requerimientos Ordinarios, Plan de Auditoria, Auto Decreta Pruebas o Deniega Pruebas, Autos de Archivo Aduaneros, Resoluciones de Decomiso, Autos de Entrega Parcial y Total, Autos de Formulación de Cargos, entre otros. Los cuales permiten poner en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos en la carrera de negocios internacionales de la Universidad Santo Tomas. Adicional a esto, se plasman algunas de las funciones y actividades desarrolladas durante los seis meses de la práctica que permitieron ampliar los conocimientos y así mismo la capacidad de tomar decisiones. También fue enriquecedor aprender a trabajar en un ambiente laboral real para así adquirir fortalezas y habilidades en cuanto a fiscalización aduanera y control cambiario se refiere.
Abstract
This report allows us to highlight learning activities carried out by the student Kelly Dayanna Ruiz Gelvez in the six months of internship in the Internal Working Group on Customs Investigations and Exchange Control. Where is carried out the definition of the legal situation of the seized goods, therefore in this document are some administrative acts proffered by the DIAN such as: Ordinary Requirements, Audit Plan, Auto Decrees Tests or Denies Tests, Autos Customs File, Forfeiture Resolutions, Partial and Total Delivery Cars, Car Formulation of Charges, among others. Which allow to put into practice the knowledge acquired in the international business career of the Universidad Santo Tomas. In addition to this, some of the functions and activities developed during the six months of practice that allowed to expand the knowledge and also the ability to make decisions are reflected. It was also enriching to learn to work in a real work environment to acquire strengths and skills in terms of customs control and exchange control.
