Abstract

The pedagogical and technological university of Colombia has a regionalization program which aims to: Generate attention to the regional environment, without losing national presence, promoting the right to education that expands the systems of guarantees of access, permanence and steps towards equality, provide opportunities to advance in the recognition of needs that strengthen an inclusive, diverse education with a territorial and gender focus, taking into account both the important position of the region in affirming social practices and the demands that motivate attention of their youth, as the public essence of their contribution. Currently the municipality of Tunja, Duitama, Sogamoso and Chiquinquirá are linked, generating coverage in the central and northern area of the department of Boyacá, for the western sector according to the institutional plan 2.019-2.030 UPTC, the municipality to intervene will be Prt. Boyacá, a project that was up for tender in 2019 and is currently in the first stage of construction. This degree project arises as the contrast of the tender that was approved in this higher education infrastructure, which contains different shortcomings, since it is determined that said approach is not consistent with a sustainable architectural concept.
