| dc.description | El problema central que aborda este proyecto es la necesidad de la Clínica Las Victorias Fracturas S.A.S de optimizar sus procesos de análisis de facturación, los cuales son altamente exigentes debido a la gran cantidad de datos generados. Actualmente, la falta de automatización limita la eficiencia en la generación de informes ejecutivos, lo cual afecta la toma de decisiones informadas. Este trabajo justifica la implementación de un algoritmo automatizado de análisis de datos en Python, dado que las tecnologías avanzadas como la inteligencia artificial y la automatización han demostrado ser efectivas en la optimización de procesos similares en diversas industrias. El objetivo general es desarrollar un algoritmo en Python para automatizar el procesamiento y análisis de la facturación de datos de la clínica, permitiendo así un manejo más eficiente de sus datos y mejorando la toma de decisiones. La metodología implica un enfoque aplicado, que incluye la recolección de datos, diseño del esquema lógico del algoritmo, construcción del código, pruebas y validación, y finalmente, la implementación con capacitación del personal. Los resultados esperados incluyen la automatización del proceso de análisis de facturación, lo cual facilitará la generación de informes más precisos y oportunos. Esto permitirá a la clínica identificar patrones y tendencias importantes para mejorar su eficiencia operativa. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The central problem addressed by this project is the need for Clínica Las Victorias Fracturas S.A.S to optimize its billing analysis processes, which are highly demanding due to the large amount of data generated. Currently, the lack of automation limits efficiency in generating executive reports, which affects informed decision-making. This work justifies the implementation of an automated data analysis algorithm in Python, as advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and automation have proven effective in optimizing similar processes in various industries. The general objective is to develop an algorithm in Python to automate the processing and analysis of the clinic's billing data, thereby enabling more efficient data management and improving decision-making. The methodology involves an applied approach, including data collection, the design of the algorithm's logical scheme, code construction, testing and validation, and finally, implementation with staff training. The expected results include automating the billing analysis process, which will facilitate the generation of more accurate and timely reports. This will allow the clinic to identify important patterns and trends to enhance its operational efficiency. | |
