Herramienta para la identificación y análisis de los componentes del capital intelectual en la E.S.E Hospital Integrado San Roque de Simacota Santander

Abstract

The present investigation has like objective the design and application of a practical and useful tool that allows to identify and analyze the components of the intellectual capital for a hospitable entity of the first level of attention, the E. S. E Hospital integrated san Roque de Simacota (Santander). The inclusion of the management of intellectual capital in the companies has come taking more importance at present recognizing the value that the so called intangible assets have in the companies, by the same space has been generated so that several authors devote themselves to propose models focused on such an end, this way the tool designed in the present investigation is based on the review and adaptation to the context of a company of health of three models: Picture of Integral Control (Kaplan and Norton, 1993), I Shape of structure of intellectual capital “intellectus“ (euroforum) Inca and Shape (Cardinal Intellectual Statement) 2006, faced in the components of human capital, the structural capital and the relational capital. The obtained results of the application of the tool designed for the identification and analysis of intellectual capital in the E. S. E integrated hospital san Roque de Simacota (Santander) allows to give a proposal of strategies that can be born in mind by the company to improve its management like that to obtain better results.
