| dc.description | La presente tesis consiste en elaborar el proyecto de un centro cultural como propuesta de revaloración cultural para la ciudad de Tunja. Para entender la esencia de un proyecto como este, se ha efectuado análisis de los problemas del tema y el lugar, de los cuales se plantearon objetivos a cumplir a lo largo de la tesis. Para conocer sobre la importancia y fundamentos de los centros culturales, se ha hecho un análisis de los antecedentes y evolución a lo largo del tiempo, su importancia y funciones y sus principales características, tanto como una investigación de normas y reglamentos. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | The present thesis consists of the project of a cultural center as a proposal of cultural revaluation for the city of Tunja. To understand the essence of a project like this, the analysis of the problems of the subject and the place has been made, of which the objectives to be fulfilled throughout the thesis were set out. To learn about the importance and the fundamentals of cultural centers, an analysis of the antecedents and evolution over time, its importance and functions and its main characteristics, as well as an investigation of norms and regulations has been made. | spa |
