La resolución de problemas: estrategia metodológica para enseñar y aprender matemáticas en la media especializada del Colegio Reino de Holanda

Abstract

The present work focuses on the systematization of the educational experience developed in the area of math of the middle college specialized of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, born of the creativity and the willingness of the teachers, which allows students to develop an active, participatory and collaborative skills and performances that promote the mathematical thinking and offers them the opportunity to learn how to recognize and interact with the other. The interpretation and understanding of the experience is carried out around the recognition of the teaching practice with its features and relations that legitimize in its context and the learning of students. The systematic approach to this opportunity is assumed as a form of qualitative research of hermeneutic approach, enriched by the contributions of the ethnographic method, seen in the process of systematization as a track that allows the reconstruction, interpretation and understanding of a significant pedagogical and didactic actions given in the educational setting of a specific context. The systematization shows the analysis that emerged from the arrays applied to the stories, from the categories: resolution of problems, classroom dynamics, the role of the teacher role and contribution of the student to the academic community. Finally, the paper presents the findings, recommendations and conclusions.
