Resumen
Las entidades y organismos en Colombia se encuentran en constante cambios, como consecuencia de diferentes aspectos, sean políticos, sociales, económicos o culturales. Ahora bien, en materia fiscal, las entidades mismas no se han quedado atrás, por lo que la Contraloría General de la República, en aras de garantizar una mayor cobertura y mayor participación de la ciudadanía en lo que respecta temas fiscales en los últimos años, ha venido transformándose, toda vez que Colombia se encuentra inmerso en problemas de corrupción, por lo que se ve afectada la imagen y nombre del misma. El país en temas fiscales cambió varias nociones que tenía, razón por la cual se ha venido dando nuevas reformas de fortalecimiento en donde se fortalezca los valores por los cuales velan las entidades, en específico, en temas de control fiscal. Si bien se han dado diversos cambios en materia fiscal, es importante seguir con el nuevo enfoque de fortalecimiento en materia fiscal, en razón de que se tenga seguridad del mismo y se tenga un buen nombre. Sin embargo, en la última década se dio uno de los hitos más importantes del territorio en materia de la paz, lo cual fue el cese al fuego por parte de las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC). Como consecuencia a lo anterior, el Estado ha venido transformando sus políticas públicas, inclusive en materia fiscal, para garantizar aquel acuerdo y adecuar ambientes de protección y garantías para aquellas personas del posconflicto
Abstract
Entities and organizations in Colombia are constantly changing, due to different aspects, be they political, social, economic or cultural. However, in tax, matters, the entities themselves have not been left behind , so the Office of the General Comptroller of the Republic within its functions order to guarantee greater coverage and greater participation of citizens in regards to tax issues in the last years ,it has been transforming, since the country is immersed in corruption problems, so its image and name are affected. The country in fiscal matters changed several notions that it had, which is why it has been giving new strengthening reforms where the values by which the entities ensure, specifically, in matters of fiscal control are left present. Although there have been various changes in fiscal matters, it is important to continue with the new approach to strengthening fiscal matters, given that it is safe and has a good name. However, in the last decade there was one of the most important landmarks of the territory in terms of peace, which was the cease- fire by armed groups. As a consequence of the above, the State has been transforming its politics, even in tax matters, in order to guarantee that agreement and adapt environment of protection and guarantees for those people from the former conflict.
