El presente trabajo es un proyecto de investigación que se encarga de recopilar toda la información respecto a la investigación en la facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Santo Tomás. Se realizó una revisión en cuanto a los reglamentos e información que, para el año 2005, fecha en la cual se publicó el primer volumen de la presente revista estaban vigentes y que, para el año en curso, han presentado ciertos cambios. El objetivo de la misma es presentar una actualización de aquellos datos. En la revista, los lectores podrán conocer en primer lugar, la opinión de la Directora del Centro de Investigaciones Socio jurídicas Francisco de Vitoria, referente a la importancia de adquirir conocimientos en investigación una persona que se encuentre estudiando Derecho, por otro lado, el Centro de Investigaciones Socio jurídicas Francisco de Vitoria, lugar en que se recopila, como se desarrolla dentro del pensum la materia de investigación en los diferentes semestres que componen el pregrado en Derecho, los conocimientos que se pueden adquirir gracias a esta y los beneficios que trae consigo, en otro espacio, podemos evidenciar las diferentes líneas de investigación en la facultad de Derecho, que cuenta con 14 líneas y que cada una de ellas, encuentra su fundamento en las diferentes áreas del Derecho, por otro lado, en el Reglamento del Centro de Investigaciones Socio jurídicas Francisco de Vitoria, se pueden encontrar, diferentes figuras que explican de manera didáctica los artículos que componen el reglamento. Esta actualización de la revista módulos número 49, trae como innovación la comparación en cuanto a estructura e incentivos con las Universidades Libre, El Bosque y EAN. Otro reglamento que hace parte sobre el tema a tratar en el presente proyecto es el Reglamento de la escuela de monitores, el cual por medio de diagramas de flujo se explica los artículos que componen el reglamento, y por último el Acuerdo número 32 “Por el cual se actualiza la política y lineamientos de investigación, innovación y creación artística y cultural de la Universidad Santo Tomás” Nota. Abstract

The magazine module number 49, is a research project that is in charge of compiling all the information regarding the investigation in the Faculty of Law of the Santo Tomás University. A review was carried out regarding the regulations and information that, for the year 2005, the date on which the first volume of this journal was published, were in force and that, for the current year, have presented certain changes. The objective of it is to present an update of those data.
