Por medio del presente podcast, se abordará la historia del conflicto armado de carácter no internacional que tuvo lugar en la República de Malí, estableciendo los principales actores y las causas lejanas como también las más recientes, analizaremos los elementos que tuvo la Corte Penal Internacional para admitir la investigación y finalmente, se desarrollará el caso de Ahmad Al Faqi Al Mahdi, quien fue hallado responsable por la Corte, de los crímenes de guerra cometidos en la República de Malí.
Abstract
Through this podcast, the history of the non-international armed conflict that took place in the Republic of Mali will be addressed, establishing the main actors and distant causes as well as the most recent ones, we will analyze the elements that the International Criminal Court had to admit the investigation and finally, the case of Ahmad Al Faqi Al Mahdi will be developed, who was found responsible by the Court, for the war crimes committed in the Republic of Mali.
