El presente informe consiste en la elaboración del Trabajo Profesional Integrado - TPI, de la Unidad Residencial Altos de Cañaveral Campestre, proyecto escogido como el paciente y el cual se encuentra localizado en el municipio de Floridablanca - Santander. Se presenta una metodología donde se describe la historia clínica y el diagnóstico de todo lo referente a información y las patologías de las diferentes lesiones que presentan las principales estructuras del paciente y así mismo, identificar las posibles causas que pudieron llegar a originarlas. Se presentará las patologías encontradas en el paciente mediante el uso de registro fotográfico que, permitirán la ubicación en el plano arquitectónico, para posteriormente presentar el análisis de las lesiones encontradas. Para la identificación de las lesiones y realización del presente documento, se tendrá en cuenta los conceptos adquiridos en las diferentes asignaturas de la Especialización en Patología de la Construcción y la orientación para elaborar el informe de acuerdo con lo señalado en el Trabajo Profesional Integrado – TPI.
Abstract
This report consists of the preparation of the Integrated Professional Work- IPW, of the Unidad Residencial Altos de Cañaveral Campestre, project chosen as the patient and which is located in the municipality of Floridablanca - Santander. It presents a method that describing the clinical history and the diagnosis of everything related to information and the pathologies of the different lesions that present the main structures of the patient, as well as identifying the possible causes that could have originated them. The pathologies found in the patient will be presented through the use of photographic records that will allow the location in the architectural plan, to later present the analysis of the lesions found. For the identification of injuries and performance of this document, will take into account the concepts acquired in the different subjects of the Specialization in Construction Pathology and the guidance to prepare the report according to what is stated in the Integrated Professional Work – IPW.
