Resumen
Se realiza el diseño de una vivienda de interés social progresiva a partir del análisis del concepto de vivienda de interés social a través del tiempo, entendiendo la importancia de la vivienda en el país, también se lleva a cabo un análisis de la vivienda que ofrece el municipio actualmente con el fin de establecer que es bueno repetir y que definitivamente no se debe seguir construyendo.
Este análisis nos da las determinantes de diseño de la vivienda, que a su vez después de entender y caracterizar el tipo de población del municipio se establecen las etapas de crecimiento de la vivienda de interés social progresivo. El diseño de esta responde a un marco conceptual con el fin de llevar a la vivienda por el lineamiento de la Arquitectura modular, el Brutalismo en la arquitectura y las técnicas de construcción locales.
La implantación urbana responde en primer grado a la escogencia de un lote cercano al casco urbano del municipio con el fin de aprovechar el equipamiento que ya está constituido, y la implantación como tal de la vivienda responde a un análisis de soleamiento y vientos con el fin de una posible disminución de temperatura hacia el interior de la vivienda.
Abstract
The design of a progressive social interest housing is carried out based on the analysis of the concept of social interest housing over time, understanding the importance of housing in the country, a housing analysis is also carried out. municipality currently in order to establish that it is good to repeat and that should not continue to be built.
This analysis gives us the determinants of housing design, which in turn, after understanding and characterizing the type of population of the municipality, is the stages of progressive social interest housing growth. The design of the same responds to a conceptual framework in order to carry out the housing by the guidelines of Modular Architecture, Brutalism in architecture and local construction techniques.
The urban implementation responds in the first degree to the choice of a lot close to the urban area of the municipality in order to facilitate the equipment that is already constituted, and the implementation as such of the house responds to an analysis of sunlight and winds in order of a possible decrease in temperature towards the interior of the house.
