Iin order to investigate the relevance of this kind of meat in an specific market, which is the case of the Colombian northeast for this project that is the creation of a company that can have stability in the short, middle and long term it is mandatory to gather information related but not limited to the relevance in the market, performance, profits and benefits, cultural impact and well good social practices. The present business plan written in here it is an documentary research based on an pilot test of an well-created company that wants to be in the near future a referent for all the companies related with the fish meat market having strong connections with the small and large market places in the investigated area of study, however also it is needed to study the creation, evaluation and execution of the company regarding all the dimensions that a company it is involve like for eg: the administration dimension, the impact in the society dimension and all the issues relevant to have an well-handled company according to all the valid data existing in the year 2020 in the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga, Santander city.
