El proyecto “city drive” tiene como propósito destacar a la ciudad de Tunja a nivel nacional e internacional pues este complejo arquitectónico tendrá la primera pre- pista de enseñanza de conducción de vehículos particulares y especializados, adicional a esto es un gran complejo que se asemeja a la ciudad de los 15 minutos, pues a parte de los edificios de enseñanza y certificación automovilística el proyecto posee un complejo habitacional de vivienda de interés prioritario, vivienda de interés social y no vis, adicionalmente el complejo posee diferentes zonas de esparcimiento relacionados con la cultura automovilística.
El objetivo principal es mejorar la seguridad vial, promover una conducción responsable y contribuir al desarrollo económico de la ciudad, el centro ofrecerá programas de formación teórica y práctica de calidad, preparando más los estudiantes para convertirse en conductores competentes y conscientes de su responsabilidad en la vía. El proyecto también buscará reducir los índices de accidentalidad en la ciudad, pues al promover diversas estrategias de educación vial se fomentará el respeto a las normas de tránsito, de educación vial y se fomentará a modo prácticas de conducción seguras y conciencia vial, se implementarán estrategias de educación vial y se fomentará el respeto a las normas de tránsito. Además, se establecerán alianzas estratégicas con entidades gubernamentales, organizaciones de seguridad vial y actores del sector automotriz para fortalecer el impacto del proyecto.
Dentro de nuestro país observamos diferentes problemáticas ya que dentro de la ley 769 de 2002 expedida el 6 de Agosto, expide el código nacional de tránsito, en el cual dicta diversas normas y una de ellas es el artículo 2.3.1.1.6 del decreto 1079 de 2015 menciona que “dispone el Centro de Enseñanza Automovilística, deberá realizarse en un tiempo equivalente al 25 % del total de horas prácticas fijadas en la intensidad horaria según la categoría” por lo anterior encontramos una problemática grave en el sector de enseñanza pues no se cumple este 25% de las horas de práctica antes de llevar a los estudiantes a las calles de la ciudad, es así como llega el proyecto city drive, un proyecto pensado para las pre-prácticas de los estudiantes, brindando más espacios para una enseñanza completa y así reducir la mayor cantidad de accidentes de tránsito posibles.
Abstract
The purpose of the "city drive" project is to highlight the city of Tunja nationally and internationally since this architectural complex will have the first pre-track for teaching private and specialized vehicles, in addition to this it is a large complex that resembles the city of 15 minutes because apart from the teaching and automotive certification buildings, the project has a housing complex of priority interest housing, social interest housing, and non-vis, additionally, the complex has different recreational areas related to the car culture.
The main objective is to improve road safety, promote responsible driving and contribute to the economic development of the city, the center will offer quality theoretical and practical training programs, further preparing students to become competent drivers and aware of their responsibility in the through. The project will also seek to reduce accident rates in the city, since by promoting various road education strategies, respect for traffic regulations, road education will be announced and safe driving practices and road awareness will be promoted, strategies will be implemented for road safety education and respect for traffic regulations will be encouraged. In addition, strategic alliances will be established with government entities, road safety organizations, and actors in the automotive sector to strengthen the impact of the project.
Within our country we have observed different problems since law 769 of 2002 issued on August 6, issues the national transit code, which dictates various regulations and one of them is article 2.3.1.1.6 of decree 1079 of 2015 mentions that "the Center for Automotive Education has, it must be carried out in a time equivalent to 25% of the total practical hours set in the hourly intensity according to the category" for the above we find a serious problem in the education sector because it is not complete this 25% of the practice hours before taking the students to the streets of the city, this is how the city drive project arrives, a project designed for the pre-practice of the students, providing more spaces for a complete teaching and thus reduce as many traffic accidents as possible.
