dc.descriptionEl propósito del siguiente trabajo de grado es evidenciar los soportes teóricos actuales en tono a la temática de parafilias y la información vigente de estas, aplicadas a un contexto jurídico y forense. Por lo cual, se realizó un estado del arte que consiste en la recolección y análisis de información asociada con dichos trastornos sexuales, permitiendo así la identificación de datos que permiten precisar aspectos respecto de la definición, evaluación y tratamiento. Se tuvieron en cuenta 69 artículos que cumplieron todos los criterios de inclusión, estos contenían información diversa y en algunos casos inconclusa que demuestra la importancia de nuevas investigaciones que permitan consolidar el significado, protocolos de evaluación y tratamiento de las parafilias.spa
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the following degree work is to show the current theoretical supports of the paraphilia and the current information of these, applied to a legal forensic context. Therefore, this state of the art was carried out, consisting of the collection and analysis of the information associated with these sexual disorders, as well as the identification of definition, evaluation and treatment data. Sixty-nine articles that fulfilled all the inclusion criteria were taken into account, these were kept diverse and, in some cases, inconclusive information that demonstrates the importance of new research that serves to consolidate the meaning, evaluation protocols and treatment of paraphilias.spa
