Abstract

The idea of ​​club house is the use in residential spaces which are held in the city of Bogotá, some of these in turn have sports venues, gyms, wetlands, green areas and communal lounge, giving residents the right to this type of spaces to live in a horizontal property in community. According to Friend "In the family nucleus there are different interests when it comes to sports or physical activity, as a consequence of these preferences, those interested must move from the place of residence to the place of practice, which will depend on their own taste and the scenarios offered that it has ”(Amigo, 2004), everything that becomes time, distance and transportation, in many cases one member performs the activity and another does not because nothing of interest is presented on the same stage. if it were said that in their place of residence the service is offered without having to go to another place, regardless of age, a solution would be offered to a population by professionals in different activities, in addition to inclusion in sports practice, physical activity and indirectly contribute to fighting sedentary lifestyle.
