La investigación analiza desde la perspectiva psicojurídica los significados de verdad y perdón construidos por víctimas y postulados del Bloque Central Bolívar, durante el incidente de reparación integral enmarcado en la Ley 975 de 2005 y cómo estos incidieron en la dignificación de las víctimas y los procesos de perdón. El estudio parte del enfoque cualitativo con diseño de tipo fenomenológico, en donde se contó con una muestra de ocho víctimas y postulados del Bloque Central Bolívar. La información obtenida a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas fue categorizada partiendo de los conceptos de verdad y perdón. El interés en el desarrollo de la temática nació de observar, que el encuentro entre las víctimas y los postulados durante el incidente de reparación integral no cumplía con los propósitos de la justicia transicional en la medida en que no se garantizaba el derecho a la verdad, obstaculizando los procesos de perdón en las víctimas. De allí la importancia de preguntarse ¿cómo los significados de verdad y perdón, construidos por los participantes, durante el incidente de reparación integral incidieron en la dignificación de las víctimas, la solicitud y el otorgamiento del perdón? dentro de los hallazgos y conclusiones, la investigación encontró que la dignificación de las víctimas en el incidente de reparación integral, además de garantizar la verdad, la justicia y la reparación, debe ir acompañada por procesos reflexivos y sentimientos de arrepentimiento por parte de los postulados con el fin de lograr la resignificación del daño facilitando los procesos de reconciliación.
Abstract
This research from the legal perspective the meaning of truth and pardon constructed by the victims and postulates from the El Bloque Central Bolívar, during the incident of comprehensive repair outlined in law 975 of 2005, and how this affected the dignification of victims and the absolution process. The study starts from the qualitative perspective with phenomenological type design, counting with a sample of eight victims and postulates from the El Bloque Centrar Bolivar. The gathered information through semistructured interviews was categorized from the concepts of truth and pardon. The main interest on the development of the topic was born from observing that, the meetings between the victims and the postulates during the incident of integral comprehensive repair, was not fulfilling the purposes of transitional justice where the right for the truth was not being guaranteed, obstructing the forgiveness process in victims. Hence the important of asking yourself, how is the meaning of truth and pardon are constructed by the participants during the incident of dignification of victims, the request and pardon granting? Within the findings and conclusions, the research found that the dignification of victims during the incident of comprehensive repair, besides of granting the truth, justice, and repair, must be done alongside by reflective processes and feelings of regret on the postulates side to achieve the resignification of the damage and facilitating reconciliation processes.
