| dc.description | En el presente trabajo de investigación se elaboró el diseño de un mecanismo que dobla y corta papel para el concurso de la ASME (Asociación Americana de Ingenieros Mecánicos) Student Desing Competitión. En el cual, una máquina debe construir torres con papel de manera autónoma. Ello atendiendo el reglamento y especificaciones del SDC. Para llegar al diseño del mecanismo se realizaron varias etapas. En primer momento, se elaboró el estudio sobre los dobleces y cortes del papel a la par con la construcción de torres en forma manual para seleccionar qué tipo de pieza de papel que va a fabricar el mecanismo. Luego, con la torre y pieza definida, se procedió a elaborar el respectivo estado del arte sobre máquinas que doblan y cortan papel en la industria y que cumplen en gran parte con los requerimientos del concurso. Lo anterior dio las bases para la generación y evaluación de las ideas que conllevaron al diseño del dispositivo. Con la elección de la idea y la pieza de papel se procedió a realizar el diseño de detalle. Este consistió en la modelación del mecanismo en software CAD en paralelo con los cálculos que dan el origen a los planos de manufactura del dispositivo. Después, se determinaron los costos generados para el proyecto y su futura fabricación. Se recomienda el uso de piezas normalizadas por costos, y usar mecanismos compactos por el volumen, ya que se deben incluir las herramientas y baterías para las posibles reparaciones durante la competencia según el reglamento. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | In the present research work the design of a mechanism that fold and cut paper was made for ASME(American Society of Mechanical Engineers) student design competition. In which, a machine must build paper tower autonomously. It attending the SDC regulation and specifications. To get to the design of the mechanism were made various stages. At first, the study was prepared on the folds and cuts of paper at par with building of tower manually for selection that type of part of paper that is going to be manufactured the mechanism. Later, with the tower and part defined, proceeded to elaborate the respective state of the art about bending and cutting machines in the industry and what accomplish in great measure with the requirements of competition. The above gave the givens for the generation and evaluation of ideas that entailed the design of mechanism. Whit selection of idea and piece of paper it proceeded perform the detail design. This consisted in the modeling of mechanism in software CAD in parallel with the calculations that give the origin to the manufacturing plans. After, were determined the costs generated for the project and its future manufacture. It is recommended the use the standard parts by costs, and use the compact mechanism by the volume, Since the tools and batteries must be included for the possible repairs during the competition according to the regulation. | spa |
