El presente informe aborda el tema de la gastronomía peruana y el gran aporte que ha tenido
para contribuir con el desarrollo económico sostenible del país. Los diversos platos típicos son
considerados en el mudo unos de los mejores, es por esto que muchos visitantes y locales le
apuestan a la cocina peruana esperando de ellos calidad y servicio, así fortaleciendo la gran fama
mundial y acogida que tiene la gastronomía de este hermoso país debido a sus platos.
En los últimos años la gastronomía peruana a encontrado un espacio muy importante para el
reconocimiento mundial todo esto se debe a la diversidad y buen sabor de sus platos, pero también
hay que preguntarse qué tanto provecho le han sacado a estas ventajas.
Abstract
This report addresses the Peruvian gastronomy theme and the great contribution it has had to
contribute to the sustainable economic development of the country. The various typical dishes are
considered in the mudo some of the best, which is why many visitors and locals bet Peruvian
cuisine waiting for them quality and service, thus strengthening the great world fame and welcome
that this beautiful country has due to its dishes.
In recent years, Peruvian cuisine has found a very important space for world recognition. All this
is due to the diversity and good taste of its dishes, but you also have to wonder how much profit
these advantages have brought.
