| dc.description | ResumenEste artículo pretende aclarar el concepto del mito y sus características principales, partiendode los estudios de Mircea Elíade. Se aclara el sentido de lo sagrado, verdadero,paradigmático, poderoso, vivencial y ahistórico del mito recurriendo a las vivencias culturalesde nuestros indígenas Muiscas y Barasanas, así como de los Aztecas y Mayas.Se exponen hipótesis actuales sobre el origen y las temáticas del mito, así como sobresu importancia, para concluir con rápidas referencias a lo mítico en el cristianismo,preámbulo de otra interesante investigación.AbstractThis article pretends to clarify the concept and principal characteristics of Myth, startingfrom the Mircea Eliade project. The meanings of sacred, real, pragmatic, powerful, existential, non-historic myth are clarified, taking into account the Muiscas and Barasanascultural experiences, as well as the Aztecs and Mayas traditions.Modern hypotheses about the origin, topics and importance of myth are exposed, inorder to make reference to the mythical facts of Christianity as an introduction to otherinteresting research. | es-ES |
