Resumen

Todo plan de mejoramiento busca alcanzar los objetivos propuestos y a su vez implementar un plan de acción, para ello se requiere identificar el problema o necesidad de la empresa para buscar las acciones que se deban realizar, quienes son los responsables de llevarlo a cabo, un plan de acompañamiento, los indicadores que midan su evolución si es favorable o no para la empresa. Por esta razón la empresa hospedaje Florián, que ofrece el servicio de alojamiento en el municipio de Florián, busca mejorar su publicidad por medio de las redes para lograr ser reconocida día a día, además desea realizar convenios para crear un paquete en donde incluya un guía turístico que lleve a las personas a conocer los atractivos que tiene el municipio, la cena y el hospedaje por un precio asequible a todo público y de esta manera apoyar al crecimiento económico y turístico del municipio.

Abstract

Any improvement plan seeks to achieve the objectives and goals proposed, and in turn implement an action plan, for this it is required to identify the problem or need of the company, to find the actions to be taken, who are responsible for carrying it out, the plan of accompaniment, the indicators that measure its evolution if it is favorable or not for the company. For this reason the company Mi bello Florian, which offers lodging services in the municipality of Florian, seeks to improve its advertising through the networks, to achieve to be recognized day by day, also wants to make agreements to create a package where there is a tour guide to take people to know the attractions of the municipality, including dinner and lodging for an affordable price to all public, and thus support the growth of tourism in this municipality.
