Abstract

The Non Harassment Foundation emerged under the need to resignify women who have lived at some time of sexual harassment, who are in the role of the people that the State and the sensationalism of the media have been generated; In this sense, the main objective of the foundation is to provide a route of attention for them, taking into account the high rate of feminicide and gender violence throughout the world. Based on the above, the key concept of the project is the empowerment of the female gender in society, the protection of victims and the prevention of sexual harassment, through workshops implemented in the different localities of the city of Bogotá, offering the possibility of employability to the women who attend the foundation and do not have a job, through the design, the elaboration, the sale by catalog of jewelery made with ecological materials.
