Resumen
Este informe, es el resultado de las distintas funciones y labores desempeñadas durante la práctica profesional en la Oficina de Tributación e Impuestos, adscrita a la Secretaría de Hacienda en la Alcaldía Municipal de Calamar. El informe es presentado como parte íntegra del proceso de prácticas profesionales ejecutadas entre febrero y junio del año 2024. El informe consta de una justificación, objetivos de la práctica, una introducción sobre la entidad, que en conjunto tienen la finalidad de mostrar la contribución a la entidad por parte del practicante.
En los diferentes apartados del informe se describen a detalle el cargo y las funciones desempeñadas por el practicante como apoyo a la Secretaría de Hacienda, en la división de Tributación e Impuestos, con un enfoque específico en el Impuesto de Industria y Comercio (ICA). Durante el periodo de la práctica se participó de manera activa en la ejecución de iniciativas y estrategias enfocadas en fortalecer la gestión tributaria y la meta del recaudo correspondiente a Industria y Comercio.
Al final de este informe, se presentan las recomendaciones para optimizar la eficiencia y gestión de las actividades que se desarrollan dentro de la Secretaría de Hacienda, recomendaciones que se basan en las áreas por mejorar que fueron observadas durante la práctica y que serán plasmadas a través de una propuesta de plan de mejora, cuyo objetivo es el de brindar un aporte significativo y contribuir a la mejora continua de la secretaría.
Abstract
This report is the result of the distinct functions and tasks performed during the professional practice in the Taxation and Tributes Office, attached to the Finance Secretariat of the Calamar Municipal Mayor's Office. The report is presented as an integral part of the professional practice process executed between February and June 2024. The report consists of a justification, objectives of the internship, an introduction about the entity, which together are intended to show the contribution to the entity by the intern.
The different sections of the report describe in detail the position and functions performed by the intern as support to the Ministry of Finance, in Taxation and Taxes, with a specific focus on the auditing of the Industry and Commerce Tax (ICA). During the internship period, he actively participated in the execution of initiatives and strategies focused on strengthening tax management and the collection goal corresponding to Industry and Commerce.
At the end of this report, recommendations are presented to optimize the efficiency and management of the activities carried out within the Secretariat of Internal Revenue, recommendations based on the areas for improvement that were observed during the internship and that will be reflected in a proposal for an improvement plan, whose objective is to provide a significant contribution and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Secretariat.
